A winding path of experiences that shaped me as a designer.
Floral Design
My first role blossomed in a busy floral design studio, where I greeted customers, managed phone orders, and coordinated delivery schedules. Surrounded by the scent of fresh blooms, I learned how composition, color, and texture could transform raw materials into something memorable. This early exposure to aesthetics and client service planted the seeds for my later work in design.
TV Editing
At a fast-paced TV editing studio, I served as the front desk receptionist, acting as the first point of contact with clients and providing critical support to editorial teams. The constant buzz of deadlines taught me the importance of precision, organization, and keeping calm under pressure. I also gained a behind-the-scenes look at how creative projects evolve from rough cuts to polished, broadcast-ready pieces.
Retail & Customer Service
Across boutique women’s fashion, cannabis retail, bead shops, and a specialty pet food store, I built a versatile foundation in high-touch customer experience and sales strategy. Each role required mastering highly specific product knowledge, reading customers’ needs in real time, and delivering personalized solutions — from styling the perfect outfit and curating custom bead orders to providing expert guidance on pet nutrition. These years refined my ability to anticipate challenges, create memorable experiences, and consistently exceed customer expectations.
Photography
As a behind-the-scenes photographer, I documented the energy and intimacy of film/television sets and events. My work, published in Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, and Hulu, focused on capturing authentic, fleeting moments. Beyond the industry, my personal photography leans toward vibrant street scenes — capturing bright colors, bold contrasts, and candid moments that tell stories without a single word. Whether chasing fleeting light on a busy sidewalk or framing an unscripted interaction, these experiences sharpened my instinct for timing, composition, and visual storytelling.
UX & Product Design
Today, I bring together creativity, research, and problem-solving as a UX/UI and Product Designer. I craft mobile and web experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging, guided by user needs and business goals. This chapter represents the culmination of my diverse background — blending aesthetics, empathy, and strategy into every project I take on.
